Special Post: Shadow Cat Release + Day 1 Winners

So today was a big day for me and Shadow Cat. We decided to take the plunge and publish. Yah! Confetti! Not really, cause I hate the mess. 🙂 If you’re not familiar with Shadow Cat, the first three chapters are available in my Free Read section. Next week, I’ll put out chapter 4 to round it off. If you’re looking for a contemporary fantasy heavy on the romance/erotica side, give Shadow Cat a try. 20% is available for free on Smashwords.

Right now it’s only available on Smashwords for a wee $0.99. Today, I’m going to work on formatting Shadow Cat for Amazon and Pubit.

  1. Whee! Happy release day! (I’ve been trying to hold out for an ereader before buying any more books but for 99 cents I may cave a get it to read on the ol’ laptop, LOL, we’ll see how CES ends this weekend.)

    Congrats to the winners!

  2. My daughter has a Sony reader I use sometimes, and I acquired a Kindle recently. But honestly, I find myself checking out samples more often on my laptop than any of the readers. 🙂

    CES is the tradeshow right?

  3. Yeah, CES is the big…huge…take over the city…tradeshow. Hubby’s business is in the tradeshow industry so he’s working the show. A lot of those companies don’t want to have to ship things home so closing day can bring some awesome deals. But mostly, I want to go so I can try all the different ones out in one place, though I’m leaning toward the nook.
